Sabati is built for writers and creators. Your data stays private. We do not sell your data.
What we collect
We collect the information you provide to create and manage your account, such as your email address, phone number, and profile details. We also store the content you create in the app.
How we use data
We use your data to operate the service, deliver notifications you enable, and provide support. We do not use your content for advertising and we do not sell your data.
SMS/Text messaging notifications
If you provide your phone number and enable SMS notifications in your account settings, Sabati will send you recurring automated text messages containing writing nudges, probing questions, and editorial prompts related to your ideas. These messages are designed to help you make progress on your writing.
- Message frequency: Varies based on your notification preferences and writing activity. You control the frequency through your account settings.
- Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
- Opt-out: You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or by disabling SMS in your account settings.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message for support, or contact us at support@sabati.app.
- No spam or marketing: We only send messages related to your writing ideas and account activity. We never send promotional or marketing messages via SMS.
- Your phone number is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We use Twilio, a third-party messaging provider, solely to deliver SMS messages on our behalf.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Data sharing
We only share data with service providers needed to run the platform (for example, email delivery and SMS delivery via Twilio). They are only allowed to process data on our behalf. Your information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your choices
You can update your profile and notification preferences at any time. You can disable any notification channel (email, SMS, push) from your account settings. For SMS, you can also reply STOP to any message to opt out. You can request account deletion by contacting support.
