Alpha product notice

Sabati is in alpha. This means the product is still evolving and may contain bugs, interruptions, or incomplete features. Functionality can change or be removed without notice, and we may be unable to guarantee uninterrupted access. Please keep your own backups of important content. We provide the service on a best-effort basis during this phase.

These Terms govern your use of Sabati. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. Do not share your password.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service or attempt to access it in an unauthorized manner. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Sabati permission to store, process, and display your content to provide the service.

SMS/Text messaging

By enabling SMS notifications in your account settings, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Sabati at the phone number you provide. These messages include writing nudges, probing questions, and editorial prompts to help you develop your ideas.

• Message frequency varies based on your notification preferences and writing activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or disabling SMS in your account settings.
• For help, reply HELP to any message or contact support@sabati.app.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms over time. If we make material changes, we will post an updated version here.
